Pro Dunk Hoops is not currently taking orders, so nothing here is in force today. This page sets out the shipping and returns terms that will apply at launch. They will be confirmed on this page, and in your order confirmation, before the first order ships.

Where we ship

The continental United States at launch. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will be quoted case by case; email us before ordering and we will price it honestly rather than surprise you at checkout. We do not ship to freight forwarders.

How orders ship

• Systems and other large items ship by LTL freight. That means a truck, a pallet, and curbside delivery — the driver brings it to the end of your driveway, not into a garage or onto a court. A liftgate lowers it to the ground.
• Small parts and accessories ship by parcel carrier and need no appointment.
• Freight is quoted to your address before you pay. Nothing is estimated after the fact and billed later.

Delivery appointments

The freight carrier calls to schedule a delivery window, usually a half-day. Someone eighteen or older must be present to receive the shipment and sign for it. Give us a phone number the carrier can actually reach — a missed appointment usually means a redelivery fee from the carrier.

Inspect the shipment before you sign

This is the part that matters. Walk around the pallet before the driver leaves. If the packaging is torn, crushed, or the load looks shifted, write it on the delivery receipt before you sign and photograph it. A receipt signed clean is the carrier’s proof that the shipment arrived undamaged, and it makes a later claim very hard to win.

Email us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of any damage and we will handle the carrier claim and get you replacement parts. You do not negotiate with the freight company — we do.

Returns

• Unused product in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Email us first for a return authorisation. Returns sent back without one cannot be tracked to your order and may not be refundable.
• Return freight is the customer’s cost unless the return is our error or the product arrived defective, in which case we cover it and arrange the pickup.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected, normally within 10 business days of arrival.
• Installed, modified, or custom-configured product cannot be returned. Concrete-anchored hardware counts as installed.

Defective or missing parts

Missing hardware and defective parts are replaced at no charge — we ship the part, we do not ask you to return the whole system. Email us with your order number and a photo and we will get it moving.

Warranty

Product warranties are stated with each product and run from the delivery date. A warranty claim is separate from a return and has no 30-day limit.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled at no cost any time before it ships. Once a freight shipment is tendered to the carrier it is treated as a return.
